Cinnamon-Sugar Air Fryer Banana Chips

Crispy, sweet banana chips made easily in the air fryer with a cinnamon-sugar coating.

For the Crust:

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice bananas into thin rounds and toss with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  3. In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Brush banana slices with melted butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  4. Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
  5. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving to allow chips to crisp further.
