For the Crust:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice bananas into thin rounds and toss with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Brush banana slices with melted butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving to allow chips to crisp further.
