For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup water
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water to the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Layer half of the crushed tortilla chips in the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread the beef mixture over the chips, followed by black beans and corn.
- Top with shredded cheese and remaining tortilla chips.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with sour cream, cilantro, tomatoes, and black olives before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
