For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook egg noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with diced onion over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, mix sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Combine cooked noodles, beef mixture, and sour cream sauce in a baking dish. Stir well.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
