Ingredients
Scale
For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup pickles, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

- 1 tbsp mustard
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Divide the beef mixture into 8 small balls and place one in the skillet. Press down firmly with a spatula to smash into a thin patty. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and crispy. Repeat for all patties.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to make the burger sauce.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 20 seconds.
- Assemble the tacos: place a smash patty on each tortilla, top with shredded cheese, onions, tomatoes, pickles, and a drizzle of the burger sauce.
- Fold the tortillas gently and serve immediately.
