For the Crust:
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 medium zucchinis, spiralized into noodles
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and season with salt and black pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir well and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add zucchini noodles to the skillet. Toss everything together and cook for 2-3 minutes until zucchini is just tender.
- Sprinkle with red pepper flakes (if using) and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
