Perfect Ham and Cheese Deviled Eggs

A delicious twist on classic deviled eggs with the addition of ham and cheese for extra flavor.

For the Crust:

  • 6 large eggs, hard-boiled and peeled
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup finely diced ham
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks.
  2. In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise and Dijon mustard until smooth.
  3. Stir in the diced ham, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped chives. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish and serve chilled.
