One-Pot Beef and Cheddar Ranch Pasta

A creamy, cheesy pasta dish with ground beef and ranch seasoning, all cooked in one pot for easy cleanup.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 oz elbow pasta
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add onion and garlic to the pot and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in ranch seasoning mix, beef broth, milk, and pasta. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 12-15 minutes until pasta is tender.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in cheddar cheese and sour cream until melted and smooth.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
