For the Crust:
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
- Add garlic and ginger to the skillet, stirring for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Pour over the beef and stir to coat.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to combine with the sauce and beef.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
