For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Place chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish and spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over each piece.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving to allow juices to redistribute.
