For the Crust:
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Add red onion, bell pepper, zucchini, and garlic to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Season with oregano, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and fresh parsley before serving.
