For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, then coat evenly with the spice mixture.
  4. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
