For the Crust:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, shredded chicken, carrots, almonds, sesame seeds, and green onions.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and minced garlic to make the dressing.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
