For the Crust:
- 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Add steak bites and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites (reserving marinade) and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
- Pour reserved marinade into the skillet and add butter. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until sauce thickens.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
