For the Crust:
- 1 lb carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the carrot sticks in the honey garlic butter mixture until evenly coated. Arrange in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, turning once halfway through, until carrots are tender and caramelized.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
