For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the beef broth, milk, elbow macaroni, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 12-15 minutes, or until the macaroni is tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
