For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium sweet potato, diced
- 1 medium zucchini, diced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Add onion, garlic, and sweet potato. Cook for 5-7 minutes until sweet potato begins to soften.
- Stir in zucchini, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
