Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes

Juicy steak bites and crispy potatoes cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce for a flavorful and satisfying meal.

For the Crust:

  • 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  2. While potatoes roast, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant. Return steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
  4. Add roasted potatoes to the skillet and toss everything together. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
