Fiery Chicken Ramen with Creamy Garlic Sauce

For the Crust:

  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, sriracha, and red pepper flakes, then pour in heavy cream. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Add cooked ramen noodles to the pan and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
