For the Crust:
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce, sriracha, and red pepper flakes, then pour in heavy cream. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Add cooked ramen noodles to the pan and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
