For the Crust:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (for topping)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, white beans, green chilies, sour cream, Monterey Jack cheese, chicken broth, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and cheese is melted and lightly browned.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
