Vegetable Stir Fry

A quick and healthy vegetable stir fry packed with colorful veggies and a savory sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat olive oil and sesame oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add all vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until crisp-tender.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and red pepper flakes. Pour over vegetables.
  5. Toss everything together and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve hot.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
