For the Crust:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Blend strawberries, yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a blender until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
