Shrimp Guacamole Bites

A delicious appetizer featuring creamy guacamole topped with succulent shrimp on crispy tortilla chips.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a medium bowl, mash the avocados with lime juice until smooth but slightly chunky.
  2. Stir in red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.
  3. Toss the cooked shrimp with garlic powder.
  4. Arrange tortilla chips on a serving platter. Spoon a dollop of guacamole onto each chip.
  5. Top each guacamole-covered chip with a shrimp.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
