Mini Meatball Marinara Bites

Delicious bite-sized meatballs smothered in marinara sauce, perfect for appetizers or a main dish.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
  5. In a saucepan, heat the marinara sauce over medium heat. Once the meatballs are done, toss them in the warm marinara sauce.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with fresh basil before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
