For the Crust:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- 24 small pretzel sticks
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 24 small balls, about 1 inch in diameter each.
- Roll each cheeseball in the chopped pecans until fully coated.
- Insert a pretzel stick into the center of each cheeseball bite.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
