For the Crust:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and chopped green onions.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto each tortilla, then roll them up tightly. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before slicing into 1-inch pinwheels.
