For the Crust:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup diced pepperoni
- 3/4 cup milk
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
- Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in cheese and pepperoni.
- Gradually add milk, stirring just until dough comes together.
- Drop dough by 1/4 cup portions onto prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
