For the Crust:

- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup fresh berries for topping
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, whisk together almond milk, cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add chia seeds and stir well to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, stirring once or twice to prevent clumping.
- Before serving, top with fresh berries.
