For the Crust:
- 1 package (15 count) frozen phyllo cups
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange phyllo cups on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes to crisp. Let cool.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in crumbled bacon and diced tomatoes.
- Spoon the mixture into the cooled phyllo cups.
- Top each cup with shredded lettuce before serving.
