For the Crust:
- 1 lb smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, honey, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Toss sausage pieces in the sauce mixture until evenly coated, then spread them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway, until sausages are caramelized and cooked through.
