For the Crust:

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, halved

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, combine crushed pineapple and mandarin oranges.
  2. Fold in mini marshmallows and shredded coconut.
  3. Gently stir in sour cream until well combined.
  4. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with maraschino cherries.
