For the Crust:
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, halved
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, combine crushed pineapple and mandarin oranges.
- Fold in mini marshmallows and shredded coconut.
- Gently stir in sour cream until well combined.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with maraschino cherries.
