Dump and Bake Meatball Casserole

An easy one-pan casserole with meatballs, pasta, and cheese that requires minimal prep.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb frozen meatballs
  • 12 oz uncooked pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 24 oz jar marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. In a 9×13 baking dish, combine uncooked pasta, frozen meatballs, marinara sauce, water, and Italian seasoning. Stir well.
  3. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove foil, stir, then top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  5. Bake uncovered for 10 more minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
