For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped lettuce
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water to the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
- Brush tortillas lightly with olive oil on both sides. Fill each tortilla with beef mixture and cheese, then fold in half.
- Place tacos on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
- Serve topped with tomatoes, lettuce, and sour cream.
