For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 package (16 oz) potato gnocchi
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Stir in minced garlic and Italian seasoning.
- Meanwhile, cook gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Reduce heat to low. Pour heavy cream into the skillet with the beef mixture, stirring to combine. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add cooked gnocchi and Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Stir gently until the gnocchi is coated in the creamy sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
