Creamy Ground Beef Gnocchi

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 package (16 oz) potato gnocchi
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Stir in minced garlic and Italian seasoning.
  3. Meanwhile, cook gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. Reduce heat to low. Pour heavy cream into the skillet with the beef mixture, stirring to combine. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add cooked gnocchi and Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Stir gently until the gnocchi is coated in the creamy sauce.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
