For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Stir in diced potatoes, beef broth, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top, cover, and let it melt for 2-3 minutes before serving.
