Cheeseburger Sliders

Delicious mini cheeseburgers perfect for parties or a quick meal.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onions over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
  4. Slice slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  5. Spread ketchup and mustard on the bottom buns, then top with the cooked beef mixture.
  6. Place half a slice of cheese on each slider, then cover with the top buns.
  7. Brush melted butter over the tops of the buns.
  8. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are lightly toasted.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
