  • 8 oz pasta (any shape)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Whisk in flour to form a roux, then gradually add milk while stirring to avoid lumps.
  4. Cook until the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes. Reduce heat to low and stir in shredded cheese until melted.
  5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
