For the Crust:
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, mix shredded cabbage, grated carrots, and chopped onions.
- Add breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until combined.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Form the mixture into small patties and place them in the pan.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from pan and drain on paper towels before serving.
