For the Crust:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Raisins or chocolate chips for eyes
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- Add warm milk, water, egg, butter, and vanilla. Mix until dough forms.
- Knead dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
- Divide dough into 12 pieces. Shape each into a bunny by forming a ball for the body and smaller pieces for ears.
- Place bunnies on a baking sheet, attach ears, and add raisin eyes.
- Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
