For the Crust:
- 8 cups popped popcorn
- 2 cups pretzel sticks
- 1 cup pastel M&M’s
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup pastel sprinkles
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine popcorn and pretzel sticks.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
- Pour butter mixture over popcorn mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread mixture on prepared baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely.
- Melt white chocolate chips and drizzle over cooled mixture.
- Immediately sprinkle with M&M’s and pastel sprinkles.
- Let chocolate set before breaking into clusters and serving.
