For the Crust:
- 8 oz pasta (rotini or penne)
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Add cooled pasta, crumbled bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes to the bowl. Toss gently to coat everything with the dressing.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
