For the Crust:
- 4 cups fresh watermelon, cubed
- 1/2 cup tequila
- 1/4 cup triple sec
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- Ice cubes
- Salt or sugar for rimming the glass
- Lime wedges for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Blend the watermelon cubes until smooth, then strain to remove pulp if desired.
- In a pitcher, combine the watermelon juice, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and agave syrup. Stir well.
- Rim glasses with salt or sugar by rubbing a lime wedge around the edge and dipping into salt or sugar.
- Fill glasses with ice, pour the margarita mixture over, and garnish with a lime wedge.
