For the Crust:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
