Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and rice vinegar.
- Add sesame oil, sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Sprinkle in red pepper flakes if using. Mix well.
- Let the sauce sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
