Potsticker Sauce

A simple and flavorful dipping sauce for potstickers or dumplings.

For the Crust:

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce and rice vinegar.
  2. Add sesame oil, sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  3. Sprinkle in red pepper flakes if using. Mix well.
  4. Let the sauce sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
