For the Crust:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini Bundt cake pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until combined. Add eggs and vanilla, then stir in milk.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Spoon batter into the prepared pan, filling each cavity halfway. Place a few chocolate chips in the center, then cover with more batter.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the edges are set but the center is still slightly soft.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then invert onto a plate. Dust with powdered sugar if desired and serve warm.
