For the Crust:
- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix the diced potatoes, shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the potato-chicken mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine sour cream and ranch dressing, then spread over the potato-chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon evenly over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and cheese is bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
