For the Crust:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add shrimp, lemon juice, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until shrimp turn pink.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
