Hawaiian Spicy Tuna Rice Bowl

A delicious and spicy Hawaiian-inspired tuna rice bowl with fresh flavors and a kick of heat.

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb fresh sushi-grade tuna, diced
  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1/2 lime, juiced

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, sesame oil, and lime juice to make the spicy sauce.
  2. Add diced tuna to the sauce and gently mix until well coated.
  3. Divide cooked sushi rice into serving bowls.
  4. Top the rice with the spicy tuna mixture, cucumber slices, avocado slices, and green onions.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
